Things I am obsessed with (The Skinny Confidential ice roller)

I’m as basic as a $13 matcha and the latest innovative $400 skincare treatment and I am okay with that.

And when it comes to finding at-home products that help me stop time I am all in. I am not opposed to dropping some serious money on whatever will work .Luckily, sometimes you find some cutting-edge products worth their weight in gold to biohack your longevity and snatch your face, at under $100 to boot. Yes, I said it!

Enter The Skinny Confidential

I have been listening to Lauryn and Michael’s Him and Her podcast forever. But when Lauryn, the beauty guru, started launching products, I knew they would be equally as effective as they are beautiful, because that’s jut so Lauryn! (IYKYK).

I started with the TSC flagship product: the Ice Roller. Lauryn invented this because she had gone through several invasive jaw surgeries. Knowing her (and seeing her vulnerable shares on just how much swelling she endured), I knew this had to be good.

Ice rollers have been a round for a while, and I have tried my fair share. I bought a $10 roller on Amazon, and it worked pretty well, but it had its issues. Mainly, it didn’t stay cold!

I wasn’t sure if I needed another ice roller, but boy, was I wrong. This is next-level cold. The roller is aluminum and HEAVY. It stayed cool as I rolled all the puffiness on my face away. I loved that it rolled much more smoothly and didn’t leave my skin wet by the end.

When I looked in the mirror, I was in awe. No more puffiness, jaw snatched, eyes and brows lifted.

I love that the roller as a whole feels like luxurryyy! Much cheaper rollers are incredibly light and I’m sure the heaviness here of the roller aids in facial massage. Combined with the cool aluminum roller, makes this sooo effective.

Overall, I love this thing. It wakes me up in the morning and when I have TMJ pain, the ice roller helped soothe it quickly. If you have TMJ, I think you’d love this. I fully approve this and at $69 its more steal than a splurge.
