CLEANSER Truth be told most facial cleansers are underwhelming. This one blows every other product on the market away, It’s @traciemartyn Amla cleanser. 2. TONER Usually known for stripping the skin (NOT what you want), ESPECIALLY as we age! INSTEAD, you want to look for ingredients like hyaluronic acid, antioxidants, glycerin, polyphenols, and ingredients that are anti-inflammatory/calming. My pick is @capbeautydaily Serotoner, a spray-on vitamin “cocktail”. 3. VITAMIN C The #1 in my skincare routine as it improves tone and texture as we age. The antioxidants can brighten, hydrate, prevent UV damage, block hyperpigmentation, maintain the integrity of collagen and elastic fibers, and even encourage collagen creation. @ysebeauty Morning cocktail is my pick. This is the best way to get this, as it’s super cheap to fill at your pharmacy, yet effective. My tip: don’t use a moisturizer over it, you want that skin resurfacing. 5. AHA RESURFACER to resurface gently and bring out the glow. There are tons of these on the market but the best is @farmacybeauty Honeymoon Glow. 6. MOISTURIZER! THE JURY IS STILL OUT ON THIS ONE. I use a thick night cream and daytime cream, but I still haven’t found any that I LOVE (give recommendations!). 7. EYE The skin around the eyes ages faster than the rest of your face. @versed eye balm is a game-changer for refreshed, hydrated under eyes. There you have it! Let’s get glowing! 💗

Two years ago, I knew something was terribly off. I had severe anxiety and mood swings.
